Refund Policy

If generation fails

If we charge you and your Opportunity Readiness Report fails to generate and we’re unable to fix it after a retry, you’re entitled to a full refund. This is the one guarantee we make without exception.

If the report is generated successfully

Because a report is delivered instantly as a digital product, purchases are generally final once the report is generated. That said, if a report contains a clear factual error - for example, it misstates something the official listing plainly says, or contradicts your own stated profile answers - contact us and we’ll review it and issue a refund if the error is ours.

What a refund does not cover

A refund isn’t available simply because you disagree with a match assessment, were not selected for a contract or grant, or decide after the fact that the opportunity wasn’t a good fit. Match scores and report content reflect the data available at the time of generation, in good faith - not a guarantee of outcome.

How to request one

Email support@federalawards.com (placeholder - update before launch) with your report link and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
