Federal Awards is an independent commercial platform that helps you discover and evaluate U.S. federal contracts (from SAM.gov) and grants (from Grants.gov), and, for a fee, generates an AI-assisted Opportunity Readiness Report. Federal Awards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. government, SAM.gov, or Grants.gov.

No guarantees

Nothing on Federal Awards - a match score, a status label, or a Readiness Report - guarantees eligibility, selection, funding, or award of any contract or grant. Match scores and reports are decision-support tools built from official data and your own stated answers; the issuing agency makes the actual decision. Always verify requirements and deadlines on the official listing before relying on anything here.

AI-generated content

Readiness Reports are generated by an AI model working only from data we’ve already verified (the official listing and our deterministic eligibility scoring) - but AI output can still contain errors. Treat report content as a starting point for your own research and judgment, not as legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

Official opportunity data belongs to the U.S. government and is public. Our matching logic, report formatting, and site design are owned by Federal Awards.

Limitation of liability

Federal Awards is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on match scores, reports, or any other content on the platform, including missed opportunities, rejected applications, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
